 Also known as No Man's Land, the area is kept controlled by what the other groups call "Jokers," the label-less ones. Here, the Jokers keep the area safe to not only humans outside of the groups, but also for the ones looking for sanctuary from the turf wars. Here the people are kind, but even with kind hearts, they will stop at nothing to keep the outside conflicts outside. As they like to say, "Leave your egos and your problems at the gate." This is also the area that is often used for negotiations, as the Jokers hold strict policies for their inclusion in the wars. Despite the background use of the area, it also functions as a carnival and fair all year round for the humans, which helps hold up their label as the neutral zone. |

Auguste walked through the carnival, nodding to several people who waited in line, stopping to talk with others on their experience, wanting to keep everyone content. He slowly made his way back to his tent towards the center of the place, the black and white striped one. Once there, he nodded to a couple of the men who mingled outside and walked in, letting the flap fall behind him.

Leia looked up from where she was, smiling at the familiar ferris wheel. Exhaling she pulled her hood down and started towards the middle of all the attractions. She walked, looking around her instead of forward simply because her feet had traveled the entire place enough to know where she was. Once she had reached the tent she looked at the few outside. "Hello gentlemen, is Auguste inside?"

One of them, a new one, stepped in the way, wary. "Who--"
The other standing on the other side held his hand out to the younger, "She's all right." He turned and offered a smile as the other stepped back. "Welcome, Miss Leia. He just returned from his rounds. Go on in."
Auguste stepped to a table, checking tea he had stepping before he left.

Leia smiled at the newcomer. "Its always nice to see a new face, I do hope the carnival is to your liking."
"Welcome, Miss Leia. He just returned from his rounds. Go on in."
Her attention turned to the other man and she nodded hello to him. "Thank you." After a minute she walked in, gaze immediately locating him. "Good evening Auguste."

The boy offered an apologetic smile. "It is. Thank you."
"Good evening Auguste."
Auguste turned his head, straightening with a pleasant smile. "Leia, it's a pleasure to see you here." He stepped over, taking her hand and gently kissing the back of it. "Come in, come in." Stepping back he gestured to the seats.

Leia smiled to herself as she stepped further into the tent, catching the boys comment.
"Leia, it's a pleasure to see you here.Come in, come in."
Leia returned his smile, hers just as bright. "Its a pleasure to be here, as always. " she stilled at his act and she frowned. "You know you don't have to kiss my hand every time you see me. It's not needed old friend." her gaze traveled to the side and her feet led her to the seats before she sat. Her hands went to her lap as her legs crossed.

"Call it a bad habit," he smiled another bright smile. "And habits are hardly possible to break. Tea?" He poured a cup of tea and paused to check the sugar jar.

"Oh I wouldn't know about that would I?" questions with a small smile. She came here almost on a biweekly basis if she could. There was a certain routine when she came to visit, as she did it more often than she probably should. Normally she would come here and more or less plop down in a chair, despite her nature. But tonight she had come for a different reason.
"Tea?"
"I would love some. " she answered him, even if they both knew the answer already. "But I came here to request something."

He nodded and made her a cup, adding the amount of sugar she normally gets, taking both cups as he walked over.
"But I came here to request something."
Auguste passed her her cup of tea, settling into the seat across from her with a thoughtful gaze. "What can I do for you?"

Leia took it with a murmur of gratitude. Inhaling its scent she blew on it before answering. "I realize that most of your citizens would want to stay here, but I have come to the conclusion that an...assistant wouldn't be a bad idea. " she watched him before sipping on her tea.

Auguste grew thoughtful a moment, swirling the tea around his glass a moment. "An assistant, you say?" Taking a sip, he continued, setting the cup on the table. "I may have someone who has been looking for a job of sorts."

"One second!" calls from where he was. Shuffling could be heard before a tent flap rustled. After a moment a dark skinned man walked out shirtless, a rag hanging on his shoulder. "What broke this time?"His gaze shot to the woman across from August, his brow furrowing in confusion.
You may, you may not. But, you can meet him. He's been helping here in the tent making a few seasonal repairs."
"Hmmm not many here that I haven't met yet." Hearing an answer, she stood up as a young man came out from a room. Immediately she took in his appearance, gaze drawn to those eyes. "Hello Kasper. "
