Rune nodded and pulled the kettle off of the stove as it whistled, pouring it over the tea traps she placed inside the cups. She stepped over to the table and sets his down in front of him before taking a seat herself.
She couldn't bring herself to admit that she didn't want to be alone as she glanced out the window.

Her eyes flicked towards him out of surprised, though she quickly looks into her mug and clears her throat quietly. "Sorry, I, uhm. I was distracted." Her hands gripped her mug, her jacket slipping from one shoulder and allowing a few pale tendrils to reach out from under their cover.

She had missed the first part of his answer because of her rambling, but she heard the second part, and it caught her attention. Her gaze flicked to him, bright and questioning, though thankful, all at once. She wanted to know more, but didn't press, though her attention is brought the her bare shoulder, shich she quickly covered with her jacket again, holding the fabric a moment.
"Thank you, Kale," she murmured quietly, looking down.

The hand holding the fabric loosened as she felt his hand, though the other gripped the mug resting on the table. Rune thought a moment, hesitating before she stood as she still felt the ghost of his hand and stepped over to a wooden door with a smile. "It's not much, but I have a spare room."
She opened the door into a small room, the decor much like the rest of the house, though more forest like with the wooden furniture, wall panels and floor.

Kale cleared his throat before answering." Thanks. " he rubbed his temple with his index finger awkwardly before taking his old scarf off and hanging it on the bed. He looked at it after a moment, taking in it's unraveling state.

Kale sighed, unaware she left. Slowly he shrugged out of his jacket and took a small glance at the blankets. He supposed sitting on them wouldnt hurt. Walking over he grabbed them, only then realizing the lack of presence in the room. "Rune.."he looked around mad at himself.
