Eva whispers, confusion flitting across her face before she stiffens as memories come rushing back to her in a blur, crying as she presses a hand to her head, tears streaming when she realizes "My mother..." voice breaking, she presses into the couch, face hidden "She saved me.. and now she's.. You killed her.."

He jerks back with another flinch and turns away, legs moving off the couch as his eyes close tightly. "No," he croaks, remembering. "No, anytime it was by my hand, it was swift. I at least had that much humanity left."

Bottom lip trembling, Eva's eyes fill with more tears before she turns away, standing to get dressed, hands shaking "At least that's a little bit better.." she whispers, face wet as she pulls on clothes "I... I need time to process this.."

Silently, Elias dresses, pulling on his button up as he stands after putting his jeans and shoes on, expression pained and conflicted as he starts to the door. He pauses and looks back at her, jaw working a moment before his gaze becomes hidden and he turns away, looking at Kos as he steps back in.
The raven boy meets his gaze, expression somber and brows low as he nearly glowers at the demon, and quietly, lowly, he murmurs, "Don't try to force anything. When she's ready, she'll send for you."
Elias stares at him evenly, then he takes a breath and turns away. "I'd watch how much you keep to yourself, Raven," he murmurs, though there's a hidden message underneath as he vanishes in a puff of smoke, and Kos stares at the place his stood, his expression sharpening a little.

Words reaching her ears but not registering, Eva avoids Eli's gaze until he disappears, broken sob passing her lips before her legs give out and she sinks down to the floor, hand over her mouth as she cries

Laying on the couch, Eva stares up at the ceiling blankly, tossing the ball up into the air and catching it with one hand over and over, thoughts clouded as they drift to Elias. Eyes misting with tears at the thought of him, she closes them until the spell fades then swings her feet around to sit up with a sigh, hair longer, face pale where she's been trying to throw herself into training to become stronger. Pushing aside the fact that that combined with lack of sleep is slowly taking it's toll on her health, she makes her way to the window, gaze clouded as it finds the water
