TWO YEAR TS
Rourke strikes the last note on with a flourish, preparing for another performance within the next few days. Though this time, instead of a solo, there would be a whole orchestra playing behind him. He smiles a little, though the nervousness is starting to set in.

"It's a first with others," he admits, setting the instrument down. "Rehearsals have gone great, but it's... It's outside of my comfort zone, that's all." He gives a sheepish smile and settles on the bed by her, looking over the sheet music again.

"For the giggles and improv, I've played with others before, but not professionally, no." He shrugs. "I used to be more of a loner type, but I realized that unless I stepped out there, I'm not going to advance far in the world of music."
