"Riad, it's his choice," Dozorce murmured, looking at his son.

"I would rather give up half of myself to change you than you deal with him," Riad urged.
"He is Lucifer," Dozorce replied, "the world's most notorious demon who is on bad terms with nearly every demon."
Riad fell silent, jaw working a moment before he sighed and looked away.

Riad remained silent on the matter, uncomfortable with the idea. He shifted his weight, arm crossing over his chest, supporting the other as he rose towards his chin, and he chewed on his thumb a little. Dozorce studied him closely and gave a heavy sigh, realizing just how much he had changed.
He stood from the table. "If you're going to be working with Lucifer, be warned. He will pull any loose string he can find, and more than likely he can, and will, mess everything up."

"Yes," he murmured, having withdrawn in on himself. The topic of Lucifer made him uncomfortable, and he wanted nothing to do with the demon.
Dozorce studied his son, stepping over and placing a hand on his shoulder, "It'll work out."
