Riad ran both hands through his hair, taking a seat again, slightly pale faced. "You could've done something," he murmured to Dozorce.
"No," his father replied. "I have to get as much information I can so I can learn precisely why Lucifer is using Elias. I couldn't kill him here."
"This isn't going to end well, I feel it," he whispered, voice cracking just a little as his hands moved through his hair and to the back of his head, his head hanging low and elbows on his knees.

Rune led him towards the water's edge near her home, the shore decorated with large stones perfect for sitting on. She stepped towards the water, looking out, a soft smile. "I may be out of practice a little," she admitted.

She smiled and took off her shoes and rolled up her pant legs. Laying the flats in the sand by the rock, Rune walked to the edge of the water, letting it roll around her ankles before stepping forward further, and when the water rose above her ankles she stepped up, almost like she was stepping on a step, and the water under her feet pulling and twisting before stilling like water in a glass as the rest continued to come and go with the waves.
Her gaze stretched out to sea before her eyes closed and she took a breath, turning towards the shore as she listened to the waves and the seagulls, finding the natural rhythm in everything.

Finding the rhythm, Rune slowly lifted her arms out to her sides first, the movement slow and smooth, mimicking the ocean underneath her feet, and rising to her palms were tendrils of water like crystal pillars. Her eyes remaining closed she rotated her wrists, palms towards the sky, the tips of the streams circling around her wrist towards her palm, but they don't touch as the moment before contact, Rune moved again.
One arm moved towards the front, the other towards the back, as she turned her upper body and took a step forward, rising to her tip toes, resembling the ballet she learned as a child. And yet she made no other contact to the water except under her feet. The movements sped and slowed with the sound of the waves and the calls of the birds, and the more she moved the more the water danced around her, shining like crystals in the sun and criss-crossing over one anotherto create brief designs in air, some like snowflakes and others like lace as more tendrils rose and others fell as she continued.

Kale watched with wondering eyes, not once leaving her. They moved as she did. After a few seconds he raised his hand, ready to create a small wind around her. Giving it a few moments thought he lowered it. No that would have to wait for later. Now he would just sit back and enjoy the dance.

Before long, the number came to a close, and the movements slowed again as her feet came to rest, bending in a bow-like manner, an arm above her and the reaching towards the water, and the tendrils followed the length of her arms back to the ocean. Once the water returned, she straightened, her hands returning to her sides and she took a breath, her eyes opening again, and she smiled.

She beamed and walked over, stepping back into the water ankle deep. "Thank you. It's not as discreet as your performances, but it's what I'm best at." Rune was a little breathless, but performing was something she had never done before, not since she was younger, and the feeling was something she missed.

Widened eyes looked at her, color flooding his cheeks. "Yes that's exactly what I mean. " he rubbed his neck. "And the same way you just did. Just add a few fountains to the picture. " he held his hands out in making a picture with his pointer fingers and thumbs. Lining her up in the 'frame' he smiled after a moment.
